Using the store
Use the website lawfully and provide accurate order and contact information. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the store or use another person’s payment details without permission. You must have the legal capacity or appropriate authorization to place an order.
Product information and safe use
Check the exact model, compatibility, dimensions and electrical rating shown for the product you select. Follow its supplied installation, operating and maintenance instructions. Never run a filter dry, and disconnect electrical equipment before maintenance as directed by the manual. Product images may show a setup example; aquariums, animals, decoration and accessories are included only when expressly listed in the selected product’s contents. We do not guarantee a particular water-quality or animal-health outcome.
Prices and payment
Prices, currency, applicable taxes and any charges collected by us are shown before payment. Unless a different currency is expressly displayed, store prices are in US dollars. Prices may change for future orders. A price change does not by itself alter an accepted order. Payment is processed by the payment services offered at Shopify checkout; their own terms and privacy notices may also apply.
Orders and availability
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. Availability may change. If we identify an availability issue or a material pricing or description error before dispatch, we will contact you and offer an appropriate correction or cancellation and refund. We will not charge a higher corrected price without your agreement. We may decline orders involving suspected fraud, unlawful use, or a destination we do not serve, subject to applicable law; any payment for an order we cancel will be refunded.
Delivery, returns and cancellation
Our Shipping Policy explains destinations, free standard shipping and the 1–3 business-day dispatch window. Transit time is additional. Our Refund Policy explains unused returns, defects, cancellations, costs and refunds. These policies form part of the purchase terms and do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
Privacy and communications
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled and how to exercise privacy choices. We may send transactional messages needed to process or support your order. Promotional communications are subject to applicable consent requirements and the choices provided to you.
Website content and third-party links
Store branding, text, design and images are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. You may use the website for personal shopping and other uses permitted by law. Third-party websites have their own policies; linking to them does not make their products or services part of your order from Seaforia.
