30-day unused returns

You may request a change-of-mind return within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, with the supplied parts, accessories and original packaging. Keep your order confirmation or other proof of purchase. Used filter media is not eligible for a change-of-mind return. These conditions do not limit claims for defective, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods, or any mandatory consumer rights.

How to request a return

Email yikaihong532@gmail.com with your order number, the item and the reason for your request. We will provide the designated return address and instructions. Contact us before mailing a return so it reaches the correct receiving location. The registered business address is not automatically a return address. If the return route or cost affects your decision to buy, contact us before ordering.

Return shipping costs

For an unused change-of-mind return, the customer pays return shipping and any applicable return customs charges. Use suitable packaging and consider tracked shipping. There is no restocking fee. For an item that is defective, damaged on arrival, incorrect or not as described, Seaforia covers the reasonable return shipping costs and will provide a prepaid label or another agreed solution. We will not ask you to pay those costs as a condition of resolving our error.

Damage, defects or wrong items

Inspect your order after delivery and contact us promptly if there is a problem. Photos of the item, packaging and label can help us investigate, where reasonably available. We will arrange an appropriate remedy, such as replacement or refund, consistent with the circumstances and applicable law. The 30-day unused-return rule does not remove your rights for faulty goods.

Refunds

We will notify you after the return has been received and inspected. For an approved return, we will initiate the refund to the original payment method within 7 business days, or sooner where required by law. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post it. We refund the amount paid for the returned item, including applicable taxes we collected that are refundable. Original standard shipping is free, so there is no original standard shipping charge to deduct. Change-of-mind return postage is not reimbursed.

Cancellation and exchanges

Contact us promptly to request cancellation before dispatch. We will cancel and refund an unshipped order where fulfillment can still be stopped; if it has already shipped, the return process applies. This does not restrict your right to cancel and receive a prompt refund when we cannot meet the promised dispatch time and you do not consent to a delay. For a different model, contact us to arrange the return and a separate purchase; availability may change.

Orders bought elsewhere

This policy applies to purchases from seaforia.shop. Purchases through Amazon or another retailer follow that seller’s order and return process, without limiting any rights you have against Seaforia under applicable law.
